The Ordinary Time which is our time in the salvation history of the Church gives us the short lessons of our Christian daily lives. Our example for being the good Christian is simply our master Jesus Christ. And we have to understand his mission and his duties; to do the same in our daily lives. Jesus proclaimed the Good News of the Kingdom of God, he healed the physical diseases and spiritual illnesses and first of all he prayed.

The Eucharist is the proclamation of the Gospel, it is the great healing of our illnesses, it is also the communion with Christ and it is first of all the biggest prayer. The Eucharist is the daily life of Christ in the pill and also it is the Christian life in the same pill, but we have to remember that this life is not finish only on the weekly Mass. The Christian life is the daily duties of Christ in the areas of our activity. We have to be the real Christ in our life around us and we have to prove our life simply by the participation in the Eucharist.

In the ordinary period of our lives we have to remember about the main source and the author of our existence and look more closely on Jesus Christ as our Super Star. We really worship him in the Mass, we praise Him in every our prayer and we see Him doing the marvelous things when we practice the commandment of love in our daily lives. Jesus astonishes us when we will hear Him, because He has the authority and the power above everything – because He is God. He is changing our lives for good when we give Him our own permission to do that.

The Eucharist is the time when we hear the Gospel of Jesus and we participate in the biggest miracle on the world – changing the bread in the body of Christ, and changing the wine in his blood, and after this we go on to our own homes, jobs and rest areas to proclaim the Good News with the authority of the divine teacher.

All of us experience the call of Christ to be his disciples; if we didn’t then not one of us would be here in this Church today.
One Main Point

A new world (the Kingdom of God) has arrived. That new world comes in the person of Jesus. We are asked to respond by changing our way of life, and to follow Him.

THE REVELATION OF GOD TO THE WORLD.
The Magi from around the world search for Jesus and pay him homage, while Herod only pretends to do so.
In this Holy Mass which we now celebrate, Christ two times is born within us: He will be born in the Liturgy of the Word as the everlasting Word of God and he will be born in the Liturgy of the Eucharist as a bread of the life. These two comings of our Lord we celebrate in each Holy Mass, therefore it is the time to understand that THE word CHRISTMAS is the combination of Christ and the Mass, therefore we are here to celebrate the Mass of Christ.

This Sunday precedes the Christ birthday as well. We have only one week to welcome Jesus Christ in our midst at Christmas. Today’s gospel gives us the example of Mary – the Mother of God. She is the perfect person prepared by God for his Son. But today we should follow her life in our own daily lives. We have to be the Mothers of Christ for our neighbors. This is the task for us on the coming of our Lord. Mary does not seek her own advancement , but rather places herself at the disposition of God saying that she is God’s handmaid. She answers God’s call with great generosity even though she does not yet fully understand His message.

The Holy Mass is the place where Jesus Christ is born for us on the altar of the Word and on the altar of the Eucharist. We have to be the Mothers of Christ to born – to make disciples of Christ for his Holy Church today.
