Today we celebrate the 24th Sunday in Ordinary Time and the Solemnity of Brotherly Love in our PNCC; the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, the Feast of our Parish and also we had the 24th Anniversary of 9/11.
The Ordinary Time is our time when we realize that we are people who sin. And we need someone who can help us in our time of existence. Jesus Christ came into the world to save us the sinners. And this is the good News for all of us. The fifteenth chapter of Luke has been called “the gospel in the gospel.” It contained the very distilled essence of the good news which Jesus came to tell.”
The Eucharist is the special banquet and meeting with Jesus for all of us who are sinners. We come to Jesus to praise him and to become holy by him. This is the simple goal of our every Sunday coming to the Church. To remember about it is the task for our daily lives. To encourage others to praise God and to be better by the reconciling power of Jesus is our privilege and we have to do this because we are the Disciples of Christ who love each other.

„Rejoice with me because I have found my lost sheep.”

- MY MISSION: When I am the disciple of Christ and the active member of his Church I realize this and participate in all matters which concern Him. The Ordinary Time Liturgy of the Holy Mass is not my challenge it is my privilege and way to salvation also the proof of my real membership.
- I see God in the eyes of every child – every unwanted child is welcomed by us. We then find homes for these children through adoption. You know, people worry all the time about innocent children being killed in wars, and they try to prevent this. But what hope is there in stopping it if mothers kill their own children? Every life is precious to God, whatever the circumstances. (Mother Teresa – A Simple Path)

One Main Point
Jesus uses three different images to portray the compassion and love of God. Nothing and no one is insignificant to God.
