3rd SUNDAY OF LENT

In the Lent we more pray, more fast and more make almsgiving. These three things of lent penance help us to understand our situation. Some times we realize our sinful position some times we are in the propaganda of our sin and we think that we are free from sins and we don’t need salvation. Today Christ is fighting against us, precisely against our sin, as He cleansed the mess from the Temple in Jerusalem. We need to make all part of our lives clear and open for Him, because he is our Savior.

The Eucharist is the place to meet Jesus in his Temple, to make the covenant with God on His 10 simple rules – the Ten Commandments. In the action of the Eucharist we hear His voice during the Word of God and we are in the communion with Him during the Liturgy of the Eucharist. We have also the right of voice to say our petition.
