EXALTATION OF THE HOLY CROSS

911Today we celebrate the Feast of the Triumph of the Cross and the 13th  anniversary of the Tragedy of 9/11. The solemnity of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross is for us the reminder that we have to lift up high our faith which the Crucifix is good symbol of it. In our lives the good things cross with the bad things, the good impressions cross with the evil temptations. Whole our life is full of the contradictions, but we have to choose good things.

In the Eucharist we cross with the God. Our relations with God is symbolizing by the vertical lane. Our relations with others around the alter is presenting by the horizontal lane. These two lanes or planes are crossing in the middle of the alter which is the place of our point of contact with the everlasting God. The real Jesus his body and blood is the point of the big cross which we make by our lives.
