11th Sunday in Ordinary Time; Graduation

grad16Today we celebrate the 11th Sunday in Ordinary Time and the Graduation for my daughter Agnieszka.

On this Graduation we are praying for our children, whether they are near or far away. We want them to become good Christians and good citizens of our Country. We pray that they will be successful in this life and after. The event of the Graduation reminds us our own graduation and the choice which we make that time to go forward in our lives and to do what was important to us that time.

The OT is our time in the whole history of salvation and we carefully look on that. In the gospel we will see the two different attitudes toward Jesus: the Pharisee and the sinful woman; we have to choose the right one of it to be in good relationship with our Lord.

Our presence on the Eucharist is the proof of our good choice which we made to follow Jesus Christ who can forgive every sin we ever done. Therefore we ask him with our emotions to absolve us from our bad choices and mistakes which we done in our lives.
