2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time

Lamb of God

Today we celebrate the 2nd Sunday in Ordinary Time. Our lives are very important for us. We have the goals of it and we try whole lives to success our particular aims. In the school and at work we are trying to make good career, in our home and around it we are trying to formed good person and make our lives a very good family story. When we are at the end of our lives we want that our future eternal life will be good and fulfil. This is regular for every human being and we are not the exception of it. The ideal for our daily lives is Jesus Christ. When we compare ourselves to him, not to the others, we will see that we need in our lives the humility and the real progress in our spiritual life.

The Eucharist which we now celebrate is the real meeting with Jesus. When we ask him for the very important things in our lives: for our family problems, for our career points, and for our future facts. We get the response from him when we really hear his voice in our own conscience. For this meeting we need the moment of silence when we make the examination of conscience, we need to hear the voice of God in the Liturgy of the Word and we have to engage in the Liturgy of the Eucharist because Jesus is spiritually and physically here. After that meeting our life becomes sinless, wonderful and valuable.

“Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.”
