27th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Today we celebrate the 27th Sunday in Ordinary Time.

Today God teaches us simply of our care of the Vineyard which is the Church. He gives us the unusual example – the parable of the wicked tenants of the vineyard. Each of us is the tenant of our own life and the early time of the lives of our children. Our life is the grace from God. He trusts us and he gave it for us. He is very patient when we sin in our lives and we don’t recognize his servants and his Son when they rebuke us. He will judge us at the end of our life.

The Eucharist is a foretaste of Kingdom of God. Here and now we have the privilege to be the son of God, but also here and now we have the responsibility to do the God’s will – to be the good tenant of our own lives.

“The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.”

Know that as often as you come to Me, humbling yourself and asking my forgiveness, I pour out a superabundance of graces on your soul, and your imperfection vanishes before my eyes, and I see only your love and your humility. You lose nothing but gain much.. (See Diary #1293).
