29th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Today’s lesson from the Gospel concerns our dual life: spiritual and material. We are the people who are composed from the flesh which is the material and from the soul which is the spiritual. We as the Church, have to be the people of God, more spiritual than material. Today’s question from the Gospel and the response of  Jesus: “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s”, this sentence must be our motto of our life. To be OK with all people and to be OK with God.

The Eucharist which we now celebrate is our reminder: Did we are in good relationship with God and with the people or not. The response belongs to us and here and now we can make the good choice during that holy time.
